About the role

We’re looking for talented, passionate Hair Stylists / Cosmetologists who are ready to grow their skills, build lasting client relationships, and have fun doing what they love.

Responsibilities

• Deliver blowout services to clients
• Create a memorable client experience from arrival to departure
• Build lasting client relationships
• Participate in paid training on blowouts, braids, updos and Drybar techniques
• Contribute to a positive, team‑focused salon environment

Requirements

• Current and valid cosmetology license in the state where you are applying
• Genuine passion for beauty and exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow
• Motivation to succeed and take pride in your work
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive, team‑focused environment
• Passion for creating a memorable experience — not just a great hairstyle
