About the role

Drybar is a blow dry-only bar with a simple philosophy: focus on one thing and be the best at it. We specialize in blowouts—no cuts, no color, just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-top, amazing customer service
• Operate a point of sale system and handle transactions
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Stand and/or walk for the duration of 6-8 hour shifts
• Solve problems at the front desk using logic and support resources
• Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment (e.g., sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or similar position)
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Technical ability to operate a point of sale system
