About the Role

Drybar Chestnut Hill is seeking an energetic, outgoing Front Desk Sales Associate to join our fun, fast-paced beauty environment. In this role, you will be the face of Drybar, creating an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and earning uncapped commission. This position is perfect for someone who loves beauty, people, and sales—whether your background is in retail, hospitality, beauty, or customer service.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and create an exceptional check-in/check-out experience
• Answer phones and help clients book appointments
• Educate clients about Drybar memberships, services, and products
• Keep the front desk and retail area organized and guest-ready
• Support the team during busy periods
• Help create a positive, energetic atmosphere for clients and coworkers

Who We're Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to people
• Motivated by sales goals and earning commission
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Positive and professional, even under pressure
• A strong communicator and team player
• 1+ year of customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, front desk, or similar experience preferred
• Must be comfortable standing/walking throughout a 6-8 hour shift

Pay

• $15/hour + uncapped sales commission
• Potential to earn $15-$25+ per hour based on performance
