About the role

Drybar is seeking a hands-on Salon Manager to lead one of our Washington DC, Virginia, or Maryland locations. This is a working leadership role where you'll coach and develop your team while stepping behind the chair when needed to support the business and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Stylists and Bartenders
• Create an engaging, high-performing team culture
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day
• Support the team behind the chair during busy periods
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and shop performance
• Drive retail sales, memberships, and operational excellence

Requirements

• Active Cosmetology License
• Leadership experience in a salon or other service-based environment
• Strong blowout and styling skills
• Passion for coaching and developing others
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Pay

Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000, plus performance-based bonus opportunity tied to salon success and key business metrics.
