About the role

We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients in a blow-dry-only bar environment. Our philosophy is simple: focus on one thing and be the best at it—blowouts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment (e.g., sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or similar position)
• Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred, but not required
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service
• Great communicator and detail-oriented
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour shifts
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Technical ability and skills to operate a point-of-sale system
• Problem solver—uses logic and support resources to resolve front-desk issues
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

• Weekends (Friday and Saturday): 7AM–8PM
• Monday: 7AM–2PM
• Wednesday: 2PM–8PM
• Thursday: 7AM–2PM
