About the role

Drybar focuses on being the best at one thing: blowouts. The salon is a fun, fast‑paced, team‑focused environment where stylists with great attitudes, energy, and amazing skills thrive. The philosophy is simple – no cuts, no color, just blowouts – and the culture feels like a family.

Responsibilities

• Perform amazing blowouts using the Drybar Anatomy of a Blowout.
• Provide an over‑the‑top client experience.
• Sell products, tools, and memberships.
• Participate in shop duties, including laundry, sweeping, dusting, and general cleaning.

Requirements

• Current cosmetology license in the state of Idaho.
• Desire to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to take and implement feedback.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Applications are also accepted from cosmetology students currently attending school.
• Great attitude, high energy, and amazing skills.

Pay

Hourly wages, tips, and commissions combine for an average of $22‑$30+ per hour.

Schedule

A set schedule is provided; stylists must be available to work Saturdays.
