About the role

Drybar is looking for Cosmetologists or Hair Stylists to join our growing team. We are seeking candidates with a great attitude, energy, coachability, and amazing hair styling skills.

Stylist Responsibilities

• Perform ah-may-zing blowouts on our clients consistently
• Provide an over the top client experience
• Sell products, tools, and memberships
• Keep the shop fresh – activities including, but not limited to dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves
• Attend scheduled meetings

Stylist Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
• Desire to provide ah-may-zing styling, finishing skills, and exceptional customer service
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team
• A polished appearance – we dress in our Drybar colors black, white, grey, yellow, and denim
