About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients, promote membership sales, and represent the Drybar brand in a fast‑paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver over‑the‑top, amazing customer service to every client.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and sell memberships and retail products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front‑desk area.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during 6‑8 hour shifts, including standing and walking as needed.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues using logical problem‑solving and available resources.
• Uphold a professional demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑service‑centric role (e.g., retail sales associate, salon associate, or similar).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong ability to work at a sustained, fast pace and multitask with ease.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience with point‑of‑sale systems strongly preferred.
• Previous salon or spa experience preferred but not required.

Pay

Competitive compensation plan with potential earnings between $12 and $15 per hour depending on performance; hourly wages start at $12.
