Dry Warehouse- Forklift Warehouse

FGF Brands is currently hiring a third shift warehouse forklift operator to join our growing team. As a team member, the Dry Warehouse / Forklift Warehouse worker controls the receipt, storage, and use of raw materials in the facility. They prioritize personnel and food safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production needs
• Maintain and monitor Minors bins/Schick system
• Be responsible for all bulk ingredient hook ups and sign offs
• Unload / load trucks of ingredients
• Label and put away ingredients
• Maintain a fast work pace
• Computer/ Microsoft Excel understanding
• Cycle counting and inventory monitoring

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s work experience
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work assigned hours, including overtime

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have prior experience and be certified on Standup Lift and Sit-down lift
• Be able to operate a battery changer and adhere to PPE processes while working around batteries

Skills

• Computer proficiency with SAP and RF Scanner
• Microsoft Excel understanding
• Good verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work closely with others in a team atmosphere
• Ability to read, write and understand instructions, warnings, labels and postings in English effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management (cycle counting, materials management, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet changing priorities with urgency in a fast-paced shipping environment
• Understanding of sanitation, food handling, and food safety practices in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
