About the Role

Join the Tucker Freight Lines team, where ownership has grown up around trucking and understands the importance of a good experience and success for all drivers. The company offers OTR Dry Van positions with competitive pay and modern equipment.

Pay & Earnings

• Drivers average up to $1,750 per week
• Base pay: 47 CPM
• Earn an additional 17 CPM in safety + performance bonuses
• Additional pay for weekend availability (Weekend Warrior package)
• Up to $5,000 driver referral bonus (OTR only)
• $100 clean inspection bonus
• Quarterly bonuses

Schedule & Home Time

• Get home weekly to monthly, depending on location
• More than 60% drop + hook
• Primarily operating in the Midwest

• 2024 and newer Freightliners + Kenworths
• Equipped with APUs + upgraded trim packages

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years tractor-trailer experience
• No DUIs in the last 5 years
• Must be 23 years of age or older
