Dry Van Truck Driver

About the Role

Join the Tucker Freight Lines team, where the owners, Sauny and AJ Tucker, have grown up around trucking and AJ drove on the road himself. They want their drivers to have a good experience, be successful, and be a part of something bigger. OTR Dry Van Drivers primarily operate in the Midwest.

Pay

• Drivers average up to $1,750 per week
• Base pay: 47 CPM
• Earn an additional 17 CPM in safety + performance bonuses
• Additional pay for weekend availability (Weekend Warrior package)
• Up to $5,000 driver referral bonus (OTR only)
• Quarterly bonuses
• $100 clean inspection bonus

Schedule & Home Time

• Get home weekly to monthly, depending on location

Equipment

• 2024 and newer Freightliners + Kenworths equipped with APUs + upgraded trim packages
• More than 60% drop + hook

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years tractor-trailer experience
• No DUIs in the last 5 years
• Must be 23 years of age or older
