Overview
Kimley-Horn's Broomfield, Colorado (CO) office is seeking a Dry Utilities Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join their Dry Utilities team! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of projects, such as undergrounding overhead electrical and communications lines, coordinating electrical and communications utilities for new developments, photometrics and lighting, natural gas lines, and more
- Manage project tasks, project design and permitting, construction coordination, and provide regular communication and guidance with less experienced staff
- Utilize technical software programs such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS Pro regularly to analyze, produce, and review deliverables for our clients
- Attend meetings and communicate with clients, government entities, and various regulatory agencies to fulfill any regulations and requirements relating to projects
- You will work closely and collaboratively with other industry-leading professionals, various jurisdictions, and contractors
- In addition to strong technical experience, other responsibilities will include managing project tasks, project design and permitting, construction coordination, and coordinating work with other team members
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to contribute to the successful completion of assigned projects
- Assist in monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Communicates technical thoughts clearly and concisely
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000
Eligible for performance-based bonuses
