Dry Room Associate - Scanner

About the role

The Dry Room Associate selects, scans, stocks, credits, and removes products to ensure the warehouse provides exceptional service and quality to customers. This role involves monitoring returns, processing returned or damaged product, and restocking or repackaging items within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Verify and perform quality checks of pick-up slips against product received from customers.
• Process credits and ensure paperwork balances are completed accurately.
• Maintain various forms and logs; analyze data and create reports.
• Scan product information for items received.
• Process product for restocking, destruction, or return to vendor.
• Implement vendor policies for corresponding returned products.
• Inspect and prepare product for return to appropriate locations.
• Sort items according to flow line or pick area; restock and repack product as needed.
• Create solutions for unique returns scenarios and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Pallet Jack and Reach Truck experience required.
• Experience with RF and DCMS applications.
• Excellent math and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Pay

$16.70/hr.
