What You’ll Do

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

PAY AND BENEFITS

• The expected base wage for this Minnesota based position is $14.00 - $14.50/hr and overtime eligibility.
• Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
