About the role

As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

Pay

The expected base wage for this Illinois-based position is $16.00/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position. Pay range listed is provided in compliance with state-specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
