Dry Cleaners - Customer Service Representative
Job Summary

As a member of the Dry Cleaning team, this will be a customer facing role serving both local guests along with hotel guests. This person will be assisting with transactions, inspections, assembling and packaging garments, filing and answering phones. The team is seeking a friendly, respectful and personable team member. What You Will Be Doing
- Obtain items from customers, and create a quick ticket using the SPOT computer program for customers, inputting requests or special attention to items.
- Answer customer's questions concerning dry cleaning process, giving potential problem information, helpfully discuss what is best for the garment and customers.
- Answer phones and take messages, write messages down legibly and pass them on.
- Return finished garments to customers checking the orders are complete, accept payment, and make change.
- Assist in hanging garments coming out of the dry cleaning machine
- Invoice items into SPOT system
- Distribute hung garments to Presser
- Stage pants on clothes horse for Pants Presser
- Sort and assemble garments for customers
- File clothes on holding line
- Occasionally remove and record the appropriate amount of cash in register at the end of shift.
- Occasionally complete night audit reports daily at the end of the shift.
- Handle opening and closing procedures as directed.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times
- Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
