Dry Cleaner Operator/Spotter

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dry Cleaner Spotter/Operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate washers, dryers, and dry cleaning machines while following garment care labels for optimal results.
• Utilize the spotting board to remove stains effectively.
• Consult with the team on challenging stains, exploring alternative cleaning options before returning garments.
• Maintain stations for cleanliness.
• Maintain station supplies, such as stain removal agents, detergents, and so on.
• Inventory supplies as needed for timely replenishment.
• Distribute garments to pressers' station.
• Minor mechanical and periodic maintenance of board and other cleaning equipment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in dry cleaning, either cleaning, spotting, or both, is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of dry cleaning experience (required).
• Meticulous attention to detail is crucial, as we strive to deliver exceptional care and maintain garment quality.
• Reliability is essential for a smooth workflow, requiring consistent on-time attendance.
• Strong teamwork skills are vital, as garments move between departments for quality checks. A positive attitude towards collaboration is key.

Pay

$800–1000 weekly (experience-dependent).
