Pay Rate: $17.13/hr - $21.65/hr (Non-Teaching Rate) and up to $28.83/hr (Total Teaching Rate) depending on background and experience.

Responsibilities
- Teach music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
- Increase student count and ensure each student continues to grow, develop, and enjoys playing music.
- Partner with the store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
- Assist with Customer service as needed to build and maintain long-term student relationships.
- Partner with students and families through frequent communication to build trusting relationships.
- Communicate student progress and goals with students and/or parents.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to teach an instrument you are proficient in, such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
- Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching.
- Embody a Customer First mindset and commitment to providing an excellent Customer experience.
