Responsibilities
- Teach music lessons to students using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum
- Work to increase student count and ensure each student continues to grow and enjoy playing music
- Nurture a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect within the store
- Partner with store staff and customers to build long-term relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate regularly with students and parents about progress and goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field
- Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in, such as drums, piano, etc.
- Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching
