Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychology, addictions studies, social work or related field with specialty or concentration in counseling.
• Actively working towards a Professional License (i.e., LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist).
• OR actively working towards a credential through PCB (i.e., CAAC, CADC, CAADC, CCS) or be actively working toward licensure or certification.
• Licensure or certification must be achieved within two to three (2–3) years of hire, depending on requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and group therapy to individuals receiving substance abuse services.
• Assess individuals and recommend appropriate services based on clinical need as well as individuals’ ability and willingness to participate based on what stage of change they are in.
• Manage a caseload of individuals and have knowledge of their treatment progress, engagement level, and treatment needs.
• Maintain strong clinical documentation skills and ability to maintain individuals’ charts meeting program, local, state, and federal documentation requirements and standards.
• Provide necessary documentation maintaining clinical efficacy and integrity and comply with the standards set by Merakey, county/SCA, DDAP, and other licensing/regulatory/payor organizations.

Pay

$27.34 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
