Responsibilities
- Provide support, counseling, and case management services
- Coordinate care plans and collaborate with treatment teams
- Conduct assessments related to mental health and substance use needs
- Maintain clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Healthcare, or related field
- CADC or CAADC certification
- Minimum 2 years experience with substance use disorders
