About the role
As a Drops Field Supervisor, you'll provide communication and leadership to the Foreman and crews, supervising the day-to-day aspects of the project.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations
- Ensure job completion of assigned projects
- Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members
- Organize materials, equipment, and labor
- Verify locates, materials, and billings
- Provide all required job reporting
- Complete as-builts and redlines
- Actively participate in and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production, and personnel-related initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
- Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
- Good computer skills, specifically database software and Excel
- Prior experience working with Google applications is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
- Class A CDL license is a plus
Work Environment / Physical Demands
- Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking
- Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, or twisting on concrete, dirt, or gravel surfaces
- Frequent use of sight (specifically close vision to perform computer work), hearing, and voice
- Use of hands, arms, and fingers to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs
- Occasional work in adverse weather conditions and on uneven surfaces
- Wear required personal protective equipment if needed
