Drone Pilot - Gig Opportunity

Eberl Claims Service is seeking FAA Part 107-Certified Drone Pilots across the state of Wyoming to perform property inspections for the insurance industry. Use drone technology to capture aerial imagery and property data for insurance inspections. This independent contractor opportunity is ideal for FAA-certified pilots who enjoy independent fieldwork and flexible assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform drone-based property inspections
• Capture aerial imagery and property documentation
• Upload inspection data using Eberl platforms
• Follow FAA regulations and safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Deliver accurate, high-quality inspection results

Requirements

• Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
• Proof of General Aviation Insurance
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
• Proficiency with smartphones, mobile apps, and digital reporting platforms
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service area

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with drone inspections, aerial photography, or property inspections
• Insurance, roofing, construction, engineering, or surveying experience
• Experience documenting property conditions and damage
• Familiarity with inspection software and digital reporting tools

Required Equipment

• High-resolution drone equipment (DJI preferred)
• Sufficient batteries and equipment to support a full workday
• Compatible Android or iOS device
• Additional requirements will be provided during onboarding

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
• Work outdoors for extended periods
• Drive for extended periods when required
