Driving Safety Instructor & Community Safety Ambassador Part Time $30-$35 per HR

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Driving Safety Instructor to lead safety remediation efforts, training, policy development, and culture-building initiatives related to driver safety. This role requires proven expertise in driver coaching, defensive driving principles, risk mitigation, and the ability to influence behavior at all organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct driver safety evaluations and remediation training
• Develop and implement safety policies and SOPs
• Partner with leadership to reinforce safety practices
• Track and analyze safety incidents and trends for continuous improvement
• Serve as a Safety Ambassador at all locations

Qualifications

• Experience as a driving instructor or safety trainer
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Background in defensive driving and risk mitigation
• Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred Experience

• Fleet or transportation safety background
• Experience with incident remediation
