We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us, About This Role, What You'll Do, Requirements, maybe Physical Requirements? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: About Us, About This Role, What You'll Do, Requirements (including bullet list), Physical Requirements (maybe part of Requirements). Also mentions training details: "Your training 60 paid hours..." etc. That could be part of About This Role or a separate section like Training. But we should not create thin sections; maybe combine training details into About This Role or What You'll Do. The posting also includes "We pay for your certification." etc. That's part of About This Role. We should not include Equal Opportunity or Notice of AI Use (boilerplate). Remove those. We need to keep all substantive info: About Us paragraph, About This Role paragraph(s), What You'll Do bullet list, Requirements bullet list, Physical Requirements bullet list maybe. We need to use

    for each section heading. Use

    for prose. Use

    • for lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. No job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

      About Us

Coastline Academy is the largest and fastest growing driving school in the country. Since 2017 we've taught more than 250,000 students across seven states, backed by over 100,000 five-star reviews. We're on a mission to eradicate car crashes by teaching safe and confident drivers for life. We're people-first and technology-centric: online booking, digital lesson reports, transparent pricing, modern cars. 98% of our students rate their lesson five stars. Become part of a team committed to creating safe, confident drivers for life.

      About This Role

You'll sit in the passenger seat of a Coastline car and teach people something they'll use every day for the rest of their lives. Most of your students are teenagers taking their first turn behind the wheel. Some are adults getting ready for a road test. All of them leave your car more capable than when they got in. You teach in our car, not yours. Every Coastline vehicle is company-provided, clearly marked, fitted with a second instructor brake, and inspected by certified mechanics. We pay for your certification. Our training team walks you through your state's driving instructor licensing requirements and provides the coursework. Training is paid. Every lesson is recorded. Dashcams capture video and audio inside and outside the car for your safety and your student's. Your schedule follows the students. Most of our students are in school, so demand concentrates in afternoons and weekends. A typical day is three two-hour lessons.

Maybe include training details: "Your training 60 paid hours40 Hours Virtual Learning: Complete self-paced reading and interactive modules from home.20 Hours Hands-On Driving & Practical Mentorship: Shadow 10 hours live in-car lessons (five 2-hour lessons with students) and complete 10 hours of direct coaching with a Certified Trainer (two 5-hour sessions). You'll never be conducting lessons alone in a car with a student until you're ready." This is substantive; could be its own section Training, but we might combine into About This Role to avoid thin sections. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could add a separate Training section if it's substantive enough. But we already have About This Role covering many aspects; adding Training may be okay if it's substantive. However we risk creating thin sections if we split too much. The training details are specific; could be its own section. Let's see: The posting includes "Your training 60 paid hours40 Hours Virtual Learning: Complete self-paced reading and interactive modules from home.20 Hours Hands-On Driving & Practical Mentorship: Shadow 10 hours live in-car lessons (five 2-hour lessons with students) and complete 10 hours of direct coaching with a Certified Trainer (two 5-hour sessions). You'll never be conducting lessons alone in a car with a student until you're ready." That's fairly detailed. Could be a separate section "Training". But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Training is not in that list but we can still use

for any section heading; they gave examples but not exclusive. So we can add Training. But we need to avoid filler. This is substantive. Then we have "What You'll Do" which is a list of duties. That's a section. Then "Requirements" which includes bullet list. Then "Physical Requirements" maybe part of Requirements but could be separate. However we could combine physical requirements into Requirements list as items. But they are separate bullet list; we could keep as part of Requirements. We need to ensure we don't create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting mentions schedule: "Your schedule follows the students. Most of our students are in school, so demand concentrates in afternoons and weekends. A typical day is three two-hour lessons." That's schedule info. Should we create a Schedule section? The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state schedule info, so we could include a Schedule section. However we already included schedule info in About This Role. Could we move it to a Schedule section? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we already have schedule info in About This Role, we might not need a separate Schedule section. But we could keep it there. We need to decide which sections to output. Let's think: The posting has clear sections: About Us, About This Role, What You'll Do, Requirements, Physical Requirements. Also training details could be part of About This Role or separate. I'd propose sections: About Us, About This Role (including training and schedule), What You'll Do, Requirements (including physical requirements). That's four sections. We need to ensure we don't miss any substantive info: The "We pay for your certification." is in About This Role. The "Training is paid." also there. The "Every lesson is recorded. Dashcams capture video and audio inside and outside the car for your safety and your student's." also there. The schedule info also there. Now we need to format lists. What You'll Do list items: - Teach the practical skills of driving, every aspect, from parking lots to freeway merges - Coach students on the rules of the road - Build confidence, not just competence - Take control of the vehicle when a situation calls for it - Document and report on each student's progress - Stay in close, timely communication with your supervisor and support team - Bring professionalism to every interaction with students and teammates - Show up for team meetings, updates, and ongoing development Requirements list items (from "What you bring"): - A genuine passion for helping people learn - Patience. The ability to stay calm and steady while someone learns something hard - A strong safety mindset and sound judgment under pressure - Clear, direct communication and real coaching instinct - The focus to stay present for hours at a time - A valid driver's license in the state you want to work in - At least 5 years of licensed driving experience - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check. We're one of the only driving schools that runs independent background and drug screens on every employee Physical Requirements list items: - Sit for prolonged periods in a vehicle - See and hear clearly in all weather conditions - Bend, stoop, kneel, touch, and feel - Lift up to 25 pounds at times We could incorporate physical requirements into Requirements as sub-items, but better to keep as separate list under Requirements heading? Could make a subheading? But we only have h3 for section headings; we could have a single Requirements section with two lists: one for "Qualifications" and one for "Physical Requirements". However we need to use
      • for any list. We could have two
under same section. Alternatively we could have separate sections: Requirements and Physical Requirements. But that may be thin? Physical Requirements has four items, still substantive. Could be its own section. But the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having many sections may be thin. However we already have About Us, About This Role, What You'll Do, Requirements, Physical Requirements = 5 sections. That's maybe okay. But we could combine Physical Requirements into Requirements as a second list with a heading like

but we cannot use h4? Not prohibited but they said use

          for section headings. Using

might be okay but not specified. Safer to keep as

for each section. Thus we will have sections: About Us, About This Role, What You'll Do, Requirements, Physical Requirements. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate: Remove Equal Opportunity, Notice of AI Use, etc. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:
