Driving Caregiver

About the role

Home Instead Seattle is seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to support 3 senior clients in the North East Seattle & Capitol Hill areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a CNA or HCA who is confident providing hands-on care, mobility assistance, and companionship while helping a client maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Service areas

This position will primarily serve clients in NE Seattle & Capitol Hill.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Hands-on assistance with mobility and transfers (assisting clients with walking and getting in/out of bed or chairs)
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Promoting client safety, dignity, independence, and well-being
• Communicating effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and the care team

Requirements

• Active HCA or CNA certification (REQUIRED)
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (REQUIRED)
• Resides in Seattle area
• Reliable, patient, and has a compassionate demeanor
• Ability to provide safe and respectful personal care

Pay & benefits

• $22.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on shift
