About the role

Act as the team leader for your moving team and execute a game plan for each move
Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service
Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot box truck
Work with a team of movers, safely move, pack, unpack, load, and unload customer’s belongings
Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection
Work hard and have fun helping customers!

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record to be a driver
• We will help support you in obtaining your Chauffeur’s license and DOT physical
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must have the ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
• Must have the ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more)
• Must have reliable attendance
• Must have a highly motivated and strong work ethic
• Previous experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly or warehouse helpful but not required

Qualifications

• Must have open availability Monday – Saturday to qualify for Full-Time hours

Pay

• Full-Time Driver pay: $21 per hour + TIPS and BONUSES!
• Driver pay increases to $23 per hour once training is complete

Schedule

• All drivers assist with moving responsibilities
