Drivers Helper

About the role

Spence Provisions is seeking a dependable and hardworking Drivers Helper to join our delivery team. This role is essential in ensuring products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time to delis, supermarkets, and other customer locations throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading products
• Organize deliveries
• Verify that orders are complete and accurate
• Help move merchandise from the truck into customer locations while maintaining a professional and customer‑friendly attitude

Requirements

• Reliable
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying products
• Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse operations, logistics, or stocking is helpful but not required
• Training will be provided for motivated candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to a successful team
• A Class B CDL is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Schedule

This position offers early morning hours, Monday through Friday, providing a consistent work schedule and weekends off.
