About the role

Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a motivated, hardworking, and dependable individual to assist in the warehouse and with deliveries. The role includes loading and unloading trucks, cleaning and handling concrete forms, performing other warehouse duties, and making deliveries. Ability to operate a manual transmission is required. Warehouse staff and drivers are essential to day-to-day operations, working closely with others to ensure load accuracy and timely, correct product delivery. Carroll is a fair, honest, team‑oriented, employee‑owned company with over 35 locations across 14 states.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks
• Clean and handle concrete forms
• Perform other warehouse duties
• Make deliveries
• Ensure accuracy of loads
• Ensure deliveries are completed correctly and on time
• Collaborate with team members

Requirements

• Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is beneficial
• Flatbed experience is helpful
• Manual transmission driving is required
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Pass pre‑employment drug and physical testing
• Be a team player
• Be driven for success and willing to go the extra mile
