About the Role

We are currently hiring a Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver / Warehouse team member to deliver and unload finished products, parts, and materials to customer locations. You will assist in the warehouse as needed to receive, store, and distribute inventory. This position involves safely operating a commercial motor vehicle locally, primarily a 26 ft box truck/moving van.

Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. is required during physical loading and unloading of trucks. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as our drivers serve as key ambassadors of our company and build relationships with customers. You must be able to read, write, and understand the English language, as well as use navigation software.

Your shift schedule will vary, with start times ranging from 5:30 am to 7:00 am. Approximately 20% of your time will be spent assisting in the warehouse. Additional duties, tasks, or responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26 ft box truck/moving van for local deliveries.

• Assist in warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Use navigation software and communicate effectively in English.
• Adhere to a variable shift schedule with start times between 5:30 am and 7:00 am.
• Perform any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (10,001–26,000 lbs vehicle), specifically with a 26 ft box truck.
• Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) record.
• Flexibility to perform warehouse duties as assigned.

This is a safety-sensitive position.

Travel Requirements

Eighty percent (80%) of work activities are performed inside the cab of the commercial vehicle. The remainder of work activities are performed outdoors.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. It also demands good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

Pay

Compensation range: $18–$20 per hour. To comply with pay transparency laws, the annual salary range disclosed is $13.00–$30.00. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
