The Driver Warehouse plays a pivotal role in operational logistics by transporting critical telecommunications materials, heavy machinery, and fleet vehicles to field crews installing utility infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Fleet & Equipment Operation
- Safely load, haul, unload, and secure heavy machinery, including Directional Drills, Backhoes/Excavators, Skid Steers, Tractor Trailers, and Vacuum Trucks/Trailers.
- Travel to and from job sites, keeping field crews supplied (includes occasional overnight stays).
Warehouse Management
- Receive, inspect, organize, and secure supplies and equipment upon delivery.
- Assist shop and warehouse teams with day-to-day facility support tasks.
DOT Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all loads are secured in strict compliance with DOT and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate hours-of-service logs, transport paperwork, and permits.
Requirements
- Class A CDL with necessary endorsements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 2+ years of experience safely transporting heavy construction equipment or utility trucks
- Willingness to travel out-of-town regularly, work extended hours, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Ability to perform physical work confidently in all outdoor weather conditions
