Driver Vehicle Delivery

About the Role

The vehicle delivery driver is responsible for proper handling, transport, and distribution of patient specimens, results, supplies, mail, and other materials between client offices and Baptist Health facilities.

Schedule

Shift: Night
Working Hours: 1800–0200
Authorized hours: 72.00 hours bi-weekly

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to three months related experience and/or training preferred
• Good driving record
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with doctors, nurses, clinical staff, and people from all walks of life and in every age group
• Ability to read, write, and use basic computer skills
• Ability to learn to identify specimen types
