Driver / Transportation CNA

About the role

Polson Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Driver / Transportation CNA to assist with the safe, timely, and reliable transportation of residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and courteous motor vehicle operation in compliance with applicable laws.
• Perform safe transfer of residents from bed to chair, chair to bed.
• Perform safe loading and unloading of residents to and from transport van.
• Carry out routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation of the vehicle.
• Report vehicle accidents, traffic citations, or incidents immediately and complete required reports.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant licensure.
