Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED and one-year experience with disabled or handicap individuals
- Five (5) years driving experience
- Current, violation-free driver's license
Job Duties
- Provide safe and timely transportation to clients who are reporting to/from work/school, clinic/office, doctor's appointments and other program activities
- Routinely check vehicles for fluid levels, tire pressure, general wear and tear and report to Supervisors/Transportation Coordinator
- Pick up and deliver vehicles for maintenance and repair
- Must cooperate with and/or assist all representatives of State Licensing Agencies/Accreditation bodies, as needed, during inspections and surveys
Other Duties
- Must cooperate with and/or assist all representatives of State Licensing Agencies/Accreditation bodies, as needed, during inspections and surveys
- Any other duty as assigned by the Supervisor, Program Director
