Driver Trainee, No CDL yet? No problem - We'll help you get there.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate non-CDL company vehicles to deliver materials to customer job sites
• Absorb and support drivers at delivery locations by moving and placing materials as directed
• Maintain delivery paperwork, logs, and communication with dispatch
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Load/unload trucks and stage materials for deliveries and customer pickup
• Pull and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided)
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and job site environment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (Class C or D) with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and interest in a long-term driving career
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Commitment to safety and customer service
• Previous warehouse, construction, or delivery experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50–100 lbs. regularly
• Frequent bending, lifting, and manual material handling
• Ability to pass a DOT physical (required for future CDL eligibility)
