Driver Team - South Bend - Full Time

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking Full‑Time Drivers to deliver vehicles—and, in some cases, customers, employees, or vendors—to their destinations safely, timely, and with courteous, professional service. The position is located at 51196 Indiana State Route 933, South Bend, IN 46637.

Pay

$13 per hour.

Schedule

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (once a month)

Responsibilities

• Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, following written directions.
• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, adhering to all rules of the road.
• Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destinations safely and courteously.
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off or pick up multiple vehicles.
• Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Communicate via two‑way radio or cellular phone as required.
• Clean vehicles when asked.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than two at‑fault accidents or moving violations in the past two years).
• No drug or alcohol‑related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
• Ability to work five days per week and one weekend per month, starting at 8:00 am, completing a 40‑hour work week.
