Driver Success Manager
About the role
You Don’t Just Manage Drivers. You Champion Them. Drivers are the backbone of everything we do at AFC Tranaport. And the Driver Success Manager? You’re the person who makes sure they’re earning well, running safe, and actually want to stay. This isn’t a desk-only role where you stare at spreadsheets all day (though yes, you’ll check KPIs). This is a people-first leadership role. You’ll oversee 30–45 flatbed trucks, build real relationships with your drivers, and be the bridge between the road and the office. If you care about people and love logistics, this is the sweet spot.
