Driver/Stockroom Expeditor

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Warehouse/Driver associate to use your customer service skills to build customer loyalty and contribute to our Service Center performance. This role is ideal for an ambitious, hardworking individual with warehouse and customer service experience, basic computer skills, and an interest in career growth. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders, ship and/or receive materials, and maintain stock areas and inventory.
• Use strong customer service skills when interacting with customers at the Service Center and during deliveries.
• Perform various warehouse duties, including receiving and verifying incoming materials, preparing sales orders, and stocking supplies.
• Verify merchandise for accuracy and work from daily schedules, work orders, or verbal/written instructions.
• Operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver orders, equipment, and mail, arranging efficient routes.
• Assist in counter and telephone sales, order pulling, and customer calls as needed.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety standards.
• Partner with the Service Center operations team to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven customer service or warehouse experience, ideally in a distribution or parts counter environment.
• Basic computer skills, accurate data entry, math and mechanical aptitude, and basic reading skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift 50 lbs. or more regularly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available for work visas).

This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial distribution products.
• Prior warehouse experience.
