Driver/Stockroom Expeditor

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders
• Ship and/or receive materials
• Maintain stock areas and inventory
• Interact with customers at the Service Center
• Count on your strong customer service skills
• Partner with the Service Center operations team
• Grow the business at existing customers
• Develop new customers
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Increase customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 1+ years proven customer service / warehouse experience, preferably in a distribution or parts counter environment
• Basic computer skills, including accurate data entry
• Math and mechanical aptitude, basic reading skills
• Use of proper English grammar, both written and verbal
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, and regularly lift 50 lbs. or more
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred knowledge of industrial distribution products
• Warehouse experience

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
