Driver - Small Dump (CDL Not Required)
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Small Dump Truck Driver to join our team at Bedrock. This position does not require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), but the driver must have a clean driving record and be capable of handling physical tasks associated with the role. The ideal candidate will have prior driving experience, a basic understanding of landscaping materials, and strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate delivery documentation and vehicle inspections.
You must be able to work on Saturdays.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a small dump truck safely and efficiently to deliver landscaping materials and other goods to various job sites in and around Brighton, CO.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and placement at delivery locations.
- Lift and carry materials weighing over 50 pounds as needed during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery logs, including times, locations, and quantities delivered.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in safe operating condition; report any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues.
- Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws to ensure safe operation of the vehicle and protection of materials.
- Assist with basic landscaping knowledge to verify correct materials are delivered and placed as requested.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness as required.
PAY AND BENEFITS
We start with pay at an average of $23 per hour based on prior experience and knowledge. We work hard to ensure everyone has full-time hours, and we offer a full medical benefits package available after 60 days on the job.
