About The Position

As an airport shuttle driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers to and from the airport in a safe and timely manner. You will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our customers as they begin or end their travels. Our core values of accountability, communication, family, exceptional service, and profitability guide our every action, and we expect our Shuttle Drivers to embody these values in their daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Arrive at each pick-up location in a timely manner.
• Safely and responsibly operate shuttle vehicles following all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and daily activities.
• Ensure the safety of passengers and cargo at all times.
• Maintain a safe and clean shuttle by performing daily inspections and cleaning as needed.
• Assist passengers with luggage, boarding, and exiting the shuttle.
• Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while driving.
• Keep track of daily routes and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience driving a commercial vehicle
• Clean driving record and adherence to all safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Strong sense of accountability and reliability
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license
