Driver - Shuttle Doubles - DOT CDL A - Enid, OK

About the role

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team in Enid, Oklahoma. This role involves delivering loaded trailers to the shuttle depot and returning empty trailers to the branch.

Responsibilities

• Deliver loaded trailers to the shuttle depot and pick up empty trailers to return.
• Maintain delivery time windows.
• Immediately communicate problems with supervisor.
• Perform duties by following the company's safety standards.
• Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, maintaining a positive attitude, following dress code and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Must have a good driving record with no more than 1 moving violation in the past three (3) years.
• Pass required Drug and Physical Screening.
• At least 1 year of DOT doubles driving experience required.
• Must have a valid state issued Class A CDL driver’s license with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements.
• Ability to operate/drive a single axle with 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft., trailers with tandem axle tractors.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED – Work experience may be substituted for education.

Qualifications

• Driver safety is important to Ben E. Keith. We use dash cameras which leverage artificial intelligence to recognize safe driving, capture safety events and improve driver safety performance.
• All drivers sign a driver consent form upon hire to confirm their understanding.

Pay

Top drivers make $80,000–$100,000+ annually after their first year on the job.
