Driver / Porter

About the role

BMW of North Haven is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Valet / Porter to join our Service Department team on a part-time basis. If you enjoy working with people, love cars, and take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Safely move customer vehicles to and from service lanes, parking areas, and car wash
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer waiting areas
• Assist with vehicle staging, lot organization, and dealership display
• Support the service team with light duties as needed (e.g., vehicle pick-up/drop-off, deliveries)
• Ensure vehicles are clean and properly parked for return to customers

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to drive manual (stick shift) and automatic vehicles is preferred
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Punctual and reliable with a strong attention to detail

Schedule

• Part-time hours (approx. 25 hours/week)
• Morning shift open (5:30am to 10:30am)

Starting pay will be $17.00/hr
