Driver - Plum Market

About the role

Plum Market Delivery Drivers transport Plum Market merchandise to and from local Plum Market division locations and properties. They are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of all items. They must maintain a variety of records, including time at each stop, purpose of trip, transfer paperwork, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Model and provide exceptional Guest Service.
• Handle all assigned deliveries to and from Plum Market divisions and properties.
• Uphold Plum Market’s quality and receiving standards.
• Maintain an organized receiving and back-of-house area.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Effectively communicate with Guests, Team Members, and Store Leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum six months of Team Member experience in the industry or equivalent.
• Basic receiving product knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of some Microsoft Office Programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work a variety of retail shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
• Ability to bend, stoop, grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads up to 50 lbs. unassisted, push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
