Driver - PHX Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport - Full-Time

Basic Job Function

Transport carts via air train truck from high return areas to high rental areas to ensure that carts are always available to customers.

Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Move carts between the terminals using a pickup truck and trailer (class C license).
• Manually move carts throughout departures, baggage claim, garage, and rental car center to our cart collection areas (vending units or cart track).
• Adhere to cart replenishment inventory protocol for rental mechanized equipment.
• Perform routine cleaning of carts, CMU’s, EQR’s, cart tracks, locks, keys, and moving equipment.

General Customer Service

Perform routine customer service tasks to assist passengers navigating throughout the airport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years successful work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to safely maneuver truck and trailer.
• Open scheduling availability required, including weekends and holidays.
• Displays confidence and competence in fast pace environment.
• Comfortable speaking to the general public.

Possess strong innate work habits and perform the job in an honest, reliable, and a professional manner.

Able to effectively communicate with peers, maintenance and management to improve business operations.

Able to withstand undesirable weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, extreme temperatures up to 115 degrees).

Able to adapt to operational change.
