Driver (Part Time)

Our Drivers are an integral component in providing care and allowing for access of care for our consumers.

This position is located at 6226 University Park Drive, Radford, VA, and offers an hourly rate of $15/hour on a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from specified locations safely and within expected timeframes.
• Supervise and support clients while transporting them to and from designated locations.
• Maintain all required documentation associated with transportation services provided.
• Operate assigned vehicles safely and in accordance with applicable laws, company policies, and transportation procedures.
• Maintain awareness of client safety and respond appropriately to emergency or potential risk situations.
• Communicate transportation concerns, delays, vehicle concerns, client issues, or other relevant information to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client, employee, and company information.
• Complete all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and maintaining valid driver's license
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid
• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Experience providing healthcare transportation
