About the role

Drive Your Career Forward with DOCS Health: Join Us as a Regional (non‑CDL) Driver. DOCS Health is transforming the healthcare landscape by delivering direct and on‑location health services to schools, the military, government agencies, correctional facilities and areas affected by natural disasters. The driver will travel across the Northeast (and beyond) while making a meaningful impact on the health and well‑being of reserve‑duty military members.

Responsibilities

• Extensive travel across the Northeast and beyond, ensuring timely delivery of mobile practices and portable assets.
• Collaborate with site teams to equip mobile practices with necessary supplies.
• Interface professionally with vendors, employees, independent contractors, clients, and potentially patients.
• Adapt to direction from multiple team members and assist with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Operate company vehicles safely and comply with all traffic rules.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on the fleet and other assets, reporting issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records related to the fleet and report to Asset Managers as needed.
• Represent DOCS Health in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old to drive across state lines.
• Accident‑free driving record for the past three (3) years.
• Experience driving RVs; experience with hydraulics is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems using basic knowledge and independent research.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivation, organization, and resourcefulness.
• Team‑oriented with a willingness to assist where needed.
• Ability to prioritize duties under competing priorities.
• Proven mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting skills.
• One (1) year of experience working in transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequent use of hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, and move from one location to another for extended periods.
• Work is typically performed in a vehicle.

Pay

Competitive, negotiable salary plus per‑diem compensation for each day worked during travel.
