Driver Operations Specialist (part-time)

Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world. From changing a single person’s daily commute to reducing humanity’s collective environmental footprint, the company aims for huge goals. As a Driver Operations Specialist, you’ll be on the ground floor ensuring that driver partners have a smooth experience and serving as a direct bridge between Via’s brand and the people who deliver its services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line, speaking with driver partners to improve their first experience with Via or manage their accounts.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment tackling an array of customer issues.
• Become an expert on Via’s services and promote the brand to drivers.
• Deliver above‑and‑beyond customer service, finding new ways to make drivers smile.
• Notice trends and pain points, then brainstorm solutions to improve each customer’s experience.
• Coordinate with management to channel customer feedback to technology, marketing, design, and product teams.
• Learn Via’s tools and product inside and out while supporting other teams.

Requirements

• Clear communicator with excellent reading comprehension and writing skills.
• Strong computer and technical skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack; CRM tools like Salesforce a plus.
• Great listener and conversationalist.
• Well‑rounded team player who takes ownership and pride in work.
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Dynamic; willing to wear multiple hats and work on varied projects.

Milwaukee, Madison, or Appleton area.

Schedule

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST, open to weekends.

Pay

$22 per hour, approximately 30 hours per week (part‑time, contract role).
