Monday‑Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay

$20‑$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Swift Transportation is seeking a Driver Development Coordinator to support new drivers as they begin their careers and grow into safe, successful solo drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide new drivers from onboarding through solo driver qualification
• Monitor training progress and assess driver readiness
• Build strong relationships that promote engagement and retention
• Partner with driver mentors and leadership teams to ensure success
• Facilitate engaging orientation and onboarding experiences
• Resolve concerns and provide solutions that support both drivers and business objectives
• Ensure accurate and timely driver pay and compliance documentation
• Promote Swift’s culture, values, and commitment to safety

What You Bring

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities
• Ability to build relationships and influence others
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to obtain Qualified Collector certification within 30 days of hire
