Driver (Non-CDL) / Mover | Weekly Pay + Tips

About the role

Responsibilities

• Move, pack, load and unload customer belongings safely while providing great customer service.
• Operate automatic 26‑ft. box trucks (no CDL required).
• Assist with all moving duties as needed.

Requirements

• Movers: 18+ years of age.
• Drivers: 20+ with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Able to safely lift and move heavy items repeatedly (75+ lbs.).
• Dependable and ready to work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• No prior experience required; paid training is provided.

Pay

Starting pay: $17–$21 per hour plus tips (top performers average $300–$500 per week in tips). Includes a $1,000 driver sign‑on bonus, weekly pay with raises.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with 2 days off per week and closed Sundays.
